Default Disable Extended Title Search Option?

Is it possible to add an option to disable Extended Title Search? It's grossly inaccurate for some sites. It seems to be working a little bit better for YouTube as of the last update, at least, but with some sites I just get a bunch of genericly named videos with the site name on them. I'd much rather just have those videos be hex-named (as they are before the search) or maybe timestamped in the filename instead of having a bunch of "Copy of..." files.
