Can someone make a sticky on the login problems?

Having just spent the past several minutes reading through all the "this doesn't work", "this works for me", "why is this happening", "dude you're an idiot" entries (11 pages and counting thus far), can someone just make a sticky with an appropriate title (Read here if you're having login problems to Sirius or XM) and a summary of 1) what's happening and maybe why, 2) what the workarounds are with a little cookbook on how to do them, and 3) if there are RAV patches in the works, status updates.
