Replay Capture Suite: Any conflicts with Audacity and Sony Vegas?

I have Replay Capture Suite: Have you updated Replay Capture Suite to include a program comparable to the Audacity program. I like to use multiple tracks when I'm working on a project. I tried the media splitter and it doesn't have a workspace for multiple tracks as far as I know. Also if you don't have the software; if I download Audacity would some of your programs and my sony vegas movie maker stop working because the codecs aren't compatible.

I have not heard of any conflicts with our programs and audacity. I'm not familiar with the other.
