Trimmer Start/Stop Error

Hey

hope someone can help, i've done a quick search but can't find anything. I had a load of mp4 video files which i needed to trim, i used Replay Converter to change them to AVI files as media splitter wouldn't trim mp4 files.

If i try to trim it i the error



any ideas? I'm using version 1.8.1010 on Windows 7 64bit

Make sure you are running the program as an administrator and that it is allowed in your firewall. If you had an older versionon did you uninstall and reboot prior to instaling? If not give that a try. Thanks.

On top of what Cheryl suggested - please also disable UAC if you're using Vista or Windows 7
