    Default unknown exception ....

    i am not able to load any music files into the splitter ( i have used it in the past). i get the code in the title for any type of file 9wav; asf; mp3) is there any known problem that may cause this to happen.

    when i drag any file - these were converted with using replay player into asf; mp3 etc - i get these warning boxes:unknown exception detected and then "source file is not supported or damaged" -these are original converted files.

    Please make sure you are using the latest version. Uninstall and reboot prior to installing. If you continue to need assistance then contact tech support
