[Bug?] RMC4 window keeps resizing automatically

When I open RMC4 and minimize it and then click on the taskbar button restore the window, it resizes and it keeps doing some every time minimize and restore.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open RMC4 (make sure Windows 7 taskbar is set to show icons only, always combine)
2. Minimize RMC4 (note its size)
3. Click on RMC4 taskbar icon and note that window size will increase
4. Repeat 2-3

If you keep doing steps 2-3, the RMC4 will keep increasing in size, no matter if you resize it down again. The resizing seems to be vertically.
