    Default Can't install RMC (4.0.14)

Clean Windows XP without any previous Replay Media Catcher installed, I am unable to install RMC. Am using the latest version 4.0.14.

    It hangs - 2, 3, 4 minutes, nothing happens.
When clicking on the cancel buton, I am being asked whether or not it should cancel.
After clicking cancel, nothing happens, waiting 2 minutes or more.

I might kill the application using the Taskmgr and also the only one _I_ can associate with RMC. When trying to again install RMC, it will tell me that the application currently is in process of being installed.

I tried all this twice, each time I restored a clean good working Windows XP SP3 image.

I will give it one other try, else I give up.

What processes should I kill to stop the install ?

Note, this was a fresh install, no update.
    Anyway, the issue is solved.
    thanks
