Default Replay Media Catcher 4 and Hulu

I read this PCWorld blog post http://www.pcworld.com/article/15228...e_viewing.html stating RMC can capture Hulu video. After testing unsuccessfully with demo mode I figured I needed to buy it to make this work. After buying it I'm still not recording anything other than an Ad maybe. I see there is lots of online documentation but initial searches for hulu came up short.

Can someone give me the quick answer to if RMC will capture Hulu?

This article was posted 2 years ago (Oct 15, 2008). RMC used to record from Hulu. It can't record Hulu video anymore due to legal restrictions. See similar thread:
Can replay media catcher download HD videos 720p and 1080p from sites like Hulu and Crunchyroll.com

Note that Replay Video Capture can record Hulu videos from screen. Also note that Applian offers 30-day money-back guarantee.

Default Using Replay Media Catcher for Hulu

Just checking to see if I can use Replay Media Catcher to capture a video from Hulu - noticed on line - that several others say there's works - but would rather use what I have already spent money on. I also have Replay Video Capture. Thanks

The ideal program to use for this is Replay Video Capture our great screen capture program. Media Catcher will not work due to how they stream.

Even RMC 3.11 that had RTMPE support (for old customers only) won't work with Hulu, since RMC 3.11 was working with Flash Player 9 and Hulu requires Flash Player 10.2.

p.s. As of January 28, 2009, any newly installed copy of Replay Media Catcher does not support Adobe Secure RTMP Measures.
