    Default Using the "Free Trial"

    I know I'm missing something...BUT
    When I try to use the free trial...i.e., select a youtube video to download and convert to iPad...and click on the "record" button...
    the program takes me to a PURCHASE window...???
    Any suggestions...?

    When you load the program if it asks you if you want to purchase say no and it should take you to the program. If you continue to have this issue submit to the forum for the program you are having a hard time with.
