REPLAY MEDIA CATCHER 4 - Unable to install...

Unable to install because a newer version of this product is already installed.
Cleared out every line in the registry.

Deleted All Folders relating to Applian or Replay Media Catcher.
Ran System Restore to an earlier date and now get the feature you are using is not ....
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\RMC4Install\RMCX6 4.Setup.msi

What OS are you using, if vista or windows 7 - have you disabled the UAC yet?

Also, are you installing as an admin?

Yes, it is disabled. Yes, installing with Admin access.

Actually, I do have one for you - when you try to install RMC, what specifically happens? If you get an error message, what exactly does it say?

Vista64 bits 4gb, UAC disabled, running as admin


Uninstalled first time demo get error 1001, erase everything, try to install again error disapears, but i get this one

if you go to that path the file exists, with the setup.exe, if browse the same thing

copy the folder to desktop, browse to the desktop same thing

if try to install from temp folder same thing


i download from the website, x64 file and autodect version file a million times, and get the same
error, maybe a framenetwork thing? i have installed 3.5, 4.0 and xna.

any ideas? thanks in advance
