All video turns to audio only

Have been using applian tools for over 12 months with nbo problems - but suddenly... I have tried to convert a wmv to avi mp4 mov and others but everytime i end up with only the audio and no video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all applications with no luck. The problem seems to be not limited to Replay converter - i have same problem with winff. What the heck is going on? Please help.

If you have the issue with other programs that our not ours than it is probably on your system and not our program. I would suggest you do an update, make sure windows is current, and install a codec pack to see if that helps.

Try to use players that come with built-in codecs (like VLC, KMPlayer) and see whether you just have a problem with system audio/video codecs or not.
