Default Replay Media Catcher 4: installed for Administrator" but not "Limited User"

Replay Media Catcher 4: installed for Administrator" but not "Limited User".

I installed RMC 4 and it works for my Administrator account, but RMC didn't install for my "Limited User" account.

Here's what i get when I try to run RMC in limited user account.

    -------------------------
"The feature you are trying to use
is on a network resource that is unavailable.
choose an alternative path to a folder
containing installation package 'RMC.setup.msi' in box below"
    ---------------------------
    How do I fix this?
I did NOT have this problem with RMC 3.11.

Does your 'limited user' account have read/write access to the registry? This is needed in order to use RMC successfully.
