Default Relay AV 8.82 Demo Version experiencing problems

    Hi,

I am new to Applian products. I am trying to record through Sirius Radio, but I keep encountering a parsing error while trying to log into Sirius. I am getting 2 different errors:

    • couldn't get a specific error after log in attempt
    • couldn't parse login page

I am running the latest version of Replay AV, but it is the Demo Version. I have verified that my log in information works directly from the Sirius website. My password is less than 11 characters as stated in another thread. I have even uninstalled all Applian products, emptied the recycle bin and rebooted. Then downloaded a clean copy and tried a fresh install to no luck.

My decision about purchasing your product is contingent on being able to resolve this issue. Hopefully there is a simple solution that I am overlooking.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I just tested Sirius and it is working. Are you running the program as an administrator? Is it allowed in your firewall? Delete the show from AV. Now add it again by going to record-record Sirius. Enter the channel number and not the name of what you are recording.

I am running Windows XP SP3 and am logged in on the Administrator account. I have confirmed that Replay AV has full access through the firewall. I followed the remainder of your instrcutions but got the same results.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks

I was succesful with my recording attempt as wel. Do you have any 3rd party firewalls (ie: Norton, etc) that may have been installed that you haven't configured yet?

    Thanks kindly

No, I have only PC Tools Firewall Plus. I even went so far as to disable the firewall, but had the same results.

    Thanks

Please contact tech support with a log file. Also, let them know what channel you are trying to capture and if you are in Canada.
