Registration codes not working

I have received the registration codes for Media 4 and everytime I exit and come back in the registration screen asks for my code.
The code is obviously not working

i am using version 4 i paid like $40 installed and it is saying demo mode... what do i do?

Thanks for your response and i'm sorry to hear your'e still having issues - do me a favor, submit a request please to technical support and be sure to include your registration code, and the version # of RMC you're using. Of course, we don't want you posting the REG code here - hence my asking you to do this. Thanks so much
