Zune and Windows 7 recording

with the original version of Replay Music, i could record and tag very well from Zune Marketplace

Now, with Replay Music 3.97, Windows 7 and Zune, i cannot record at all. the record meter does not even show.
Overall the tagging is very lousy in compariso to previous versions.
Do you have any recommendations? solutions or comments please?

this is due to how Windows 7 and Zune handle DRM. Please try it with a different player such as VLC if possible.
