Default is there a way to have splitter automatically look for 2-3 second silences and insert splitter markers?

I have a wma capture of an old cassette tape.

q1 - Is there a way to have splitter automatically look for 2-3 second silences and insert splitter markers?

q2 - is there a way to have it show you a wave view of the recording so you can easily find the 2-3 second silences between tracks and insert splitters there?

I'm afraid not to both of your requests. The program is meant to be a simple and easy program to use.
