Freecorder toolbar breaking up files

I have the Freecorder toolbar installed into my Internet Explorer browser. When I go to record an audio file, it will act like it is recording perfectly fine, but when the "Save Recorded Audio" window shows up after I click "End Recording" it has divided my one file into multiple files ranging in lengths. Is there any way to fix this?

Freecorder creates many small files..

The program is going to have a break where it hears a pause. You are able to join files with Replay Media Splitter.
