Can not stream record WLS - 890 Chicago anymore

It worked up to a couple weeks ago. Streaming recording does not work. Windows 7 .

in the media guide for rush limbaugh, it shows wls and kfyi in phoenix as mp3 downloads i.e.you have to have the sound on to record. wls will download streams, however, kfyi will no longer work with downloading streams. why

The two shows stream differently so we have them set up to record differently. They are set up correctly in the database.
