Replay Media Catcher 4 can successfully capture from more sites than Replay Media Catcher 3 could. We're quite excited about this partnership. Great things to come.
Another great thing is that RMC 4 can be bought as a part of Replay Capture Suite.
Also there are upgrade options for Applian customers

like on stickam when celebs come on and theres a main window and multiple side windows, jaksta always messes up and catches only one of the windows, instead of all of them like RMC. Will RMC also have this issue now?

Just tested it, it does have the same issue. Way to make RMC more useless!

    Ill stick to RMC 3.11

    - This is the case now with Stickam. Why in the world they would ruin this feature is beyond me. It seems like a step backwards. Furthermore if you look at their webpage at http://www.applian.com/recording_sol...ce-id-286.html it states that it was tested and worked. Very misleading. If they could fix this it would be great as my system is very much more stable (browsers etc.) with the new version.

ive noticed something else about recording live streams... everytime i try it says its a secure stream and can only be recorded while it plays in browser. version 3 didnt do this and come to mention it, a few days ago before the update to fix bugs , streams were recording perfectly in version 4 too.

This is how it is meant to be. If you use RTMP downloading mode, you can close a web player. If you use RTMP recording mode, RMC 4 captures packets from your flash player, so you shouldn't close it. RTMP recording mode allows to record streams that can't be downloaded.

Is anyone at Applian paying attention and looking at this? Anyone else able to get it to work?
