KGO-AM 810 and KXJZ 90.9 FM ScienceFriday

I have not been able to listen to KGO for weeks with AV.

I have not been able to record Science Friday for weeks on KXJZ. The schedule is correct, but no recording appears. I do see that AV bumps up the next record date each week. I've sent two tickets about this, and have gotten no response.
