    Default Replay Telecorder Echo

    When using Telecorder for recording audio in Skype call I have noticed that the sound level is a bit lower than expected (which I can live with by turning up the volume on the sound system) but the more annoying problem is an echo in the other party's recording. This echo is not in the Skype call so must be in the recording process. It is at a significantly lower level (about 11 - 20%) than the main recording level (volume) but is still annoying.

    The recording of my end fine.

    Any thoughts?

    Make sure that the speaker and mic are balanced in the settings of Skype. Also, make sure you do not have automatically adjusted checked for either of them.
