Replay Media Catcher registration code refused

I just reloaded windows and when I tried to register my replay media catcher it said the registration number had been used too many times.
I have had to format and reload Vista probably 4 to 5 times in addition to replacing my hard drive due to corrupted files and many many crashes while using my computer to watch tv and videos.
I have added twice the ram and suspect my video driver is a culprit.
Is there a way to get a new registration number?
