AV8 crashing on hint screens

Hello, I did some light searching before posting this. And I found nothing about this.

I am trying to start a streaming recording. However, when I launch the "capture from the internet" option, a HINT pops up and crashes the program.

I tryed recording different ways, but the software wont connect to youtube any other way from what I can tell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Replay AV and OS do you have?

Replay AV 8.61 Unregistered Demo

OS - Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2

Processor - AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual cor 6000+ 3GHz

RAM - 2 Gb

Let me know if any of that spells trouble

This is not a problem I have seen before.

If re-installing the program doesn't help, you should Submit a support ticket and show your log file to the support.

I've got this same problem now, only I have a registered version. Did the re-install work? Was it a clean reinstall? (Rather not do that, because i want to keep MP3 Magic functional...)

Well, did a clean re-install, and that seems to have worked. And the uninstallation didn't remove MP3 Magic, as it did for another user.

The only way to uninstall MP3 Magic is to uninstall it in the control panel. The two programs are completely different and not connected at all.
