Not recording but creating Audio playlist m3u?

I have been using Replay A/V for almost 3 years trouble free. The last 2 months have been troubling.
Firstly the program just stopped recording even though it looked like it was recording when minimized then it would record bit only creat a m3u file playlist anybody have thoughts?

I have re run the recording wizard and checked the format as mp3.

All suggestions are welcome.

Just got an email from tech support ( that was fast Tom) turns out the radio station changed there URL so they have updated the feed and we will try again tonight!
