Support Issue...

I placed a support ticket in like 3 or 4 days ago and still have not gotten the problem fixed nor have I received any kind of response. The problem is that I am getting the message about installing 5 times already and need this reset since I reinstalled Replay Music when I redid my windows.

Anyone know if support exists around here or if there is another way around this problem?

Please let me know the ticket number you received when you submitted this. It is sent immediately out to you when we receive your ticket. With this I can look up your information. We answer all tickets within a 24 hour period and I need the ticket number to track this down for you.
