    Post Recording in Vista

I Have just downloaded & installed the Toolbar. I tried to record from an audio site but nothing happened. I checked the settings and tried to tick the 'Record From Windows Input Device' box which failed. I was told I didn't have a sound card?? Device manager tells me I have a Philips SAA713X Hybrid Capture Device and Realtek High Definition Audio.

Does any of this mean anything to anybody?
    Thanks

    Hi Andy,

If Freecorder Toolbar has trouble recording, you may need to turn off User Account Control in Windows Vista.

Let me know if that does the trick for ya! :-)

    Jeff,
    Thanks for your quick response.
No it didn't work. The error message I get is still 'It appears you do not have any sound cards installed on the computer' etc. What do you think?

You want to use the Freecorder Audio Driver. Close settings. Now select Record. At this point go to what you want to capture. If you still have an issue you should contact tech support.
