Precision adjustment of markers?

I know you can click and drag the markers, but this is very hard to do down to pixel level precision. I've got a different program that lets me do screen capture / snapshots making the selection with the arrow keys moving the target a pixel at a time. Is there any way to do this with Replay Video Capture?

I'm afraid we don't have that feature in the program. Thanks. The developers do read this so you never know.
