Default No Audio on FLV conversions

I am trying to convert a .flv file that we recorded on uStream into an MP2 so that we can make a DVD. We downloaded the file and tried to convert it without success. I am running Replay Converter V3.4 on WinXP and I have downloaded the latest CODEC pack. The original video plays fine in Applian FLV player, but the converted video has no audio when played in Windows Media Player. Any suggestions?

Please uninstall the version of Replay Converter you have and reboot your system. Then download and install the latest version from our site.

Give it a try and if you still have an issue contact tech support as a log file and additional information will be needed.

    Cheryl,

That seemed to do the trick!

Is the new version a paid upgrade or is it free for a paid version 3.4?

    Thanks!
    Matt
