    Default bbc radio format change

For anyone else who uses replay AV to record bbc radio, you may need to switch from the .ra URL to the .wma URL. It appears that bbc7 have phased out the .ra files, its probably only a matter of time until the other stations follow.

    eg.

    old URL: rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/bbc7coyopa/bbc7_-_tuesday_1415.ra
    new URL: rtsp://wm.bbc.co.uk/wms/bbc7coyopa/bbc7_-_tuesday_1415.wma

Unhappy Re: bbc radio format change

How are you finding out the urls in the first place I used to set the BBC player to low bandwidth mode and pick it up via the find URL function but that doesn't seem to work anymore, it's the Woman's Hour Drama from Radio 4 that I've lost contact with...

Default Re: bbc radio format change

I don't bother trying to find the url. For each programme I want to record, I select Shows from the RAV8 toolbar, and then find, eg., BBC Radio 4, add it as a station.

That brings up the Edit Show Properties box, where I can name the show I want to record and enter the schedule times etc.
