How to capture my Slingbox streming

Hi I just bought the software and i would like to set up and record TV shows from my slingbox . Any tip , becuase all material that i found are no updated with the news soft .

What program are you using for this? We have not sold our At Large Recorder as it is being updated to work with all of the boxes out.

I did this using a different software (which is also free), http://www.benlo.com/slingbox/slr.html it records directly from your slingbox.

Although you should also be able to use Media Catcher 4 if you play the sling player via the web page interface. Although SLRRecorder works great once you play around with it a bit.
