Cant find graph message_unable to use program

I originally had installed Replay Capture on my main computer and it couldnt find a file that it needed to load. Recently I tried installing it on another computer running XP and when I try to use Replay Capture it comes up with a message saying "unable to find graph". What is this????

UPDATE to my post:

I updated the Direct X version to the new one and IT STILL GIVES ME THE CANT FIND GRAPH MESSAGE!!!!!
