HOW move reg copy of RC to new computer???

Can anyone help me move or download a copy of replay converter to my new laptop? I tried requesting my registration code but it must be under a old email it will only give me my at large recoreder one. I can't seem to find it anywhere in my old computer. I also tried requesting help from customer service but haven't heard a thing....HELP, i want to convert some cartoon files for my 3YO. Thanks Angie
