    Default Frame Rate/Bitrate

Just wonder what settings other people capture at when recording a video. I've been capturing 20 Frames which I think is the default. It gives pretty good results, but maybe increasing would be better?

I think the settings would only depend upon your preference. I play with the settings and vary it a little bit so I can compare the results.

I would use 24-25 fps for recording movies. You may want to increase this value for games and decrease for presentations.

Thanks. I tried upping the frame rate to 25 and the bitrate up one from what it was. That has been giving me even better results.
