Default Stuck at 0% while outputting/saving

Hello, I understand that WM Splitter is the same as Replay Media Splitter with the exception of the interface. I've already posted in the WM Splitter forum on the other site and thought I'd post one here as well.

I am running Vista32 with 4G RAM and WM splitter v1.7.911.12. I followed the user's guide and it gets stuck on "now splitting the sequence" when trying to save/render the video clip. It doesn't do anything, it just stays at 0%. File format is asf. I also tried it on my laptop running xp sp2. Has anyone ever experienced this with Replay Media Splitter? If you have, then what has worked for you?

    Thanks for listening.

I can get .wmv files to work with it but not .asf. And it is quite speedy (comparatively speaking). So wish me luck.
