Unable to install Freecorder 4 in Firefox 3.6

I am still having problems getting Freecorder to work in Firefox 3.6.3. I have just re-installed the latest version of Freecorder and it still won't work. There are no error notifications, the toolbar is installed, but it is blank apart from the 'community toolbar' button and the link to the help page. It used to work.... I do not want to go back to IE as I do not like or trust it, so I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

May be your firewall is blocking it. Try to disable it temporarily.

If the firewall was the problem, Freecorder would not function in IE . . . .

Have Windows 7 64 Bit

Type in search engine: freerecorder 4 Firefox 64 Bit.

Download software and install into Firefox. Bingo' it works.
