Default Video Recording is Choppy/ Pixilated

I just bought Replay Video Capture today. I am recording a stream from Netflix, and found that the playback is choppy when the "Windows Media" recording option is set, and it's pixilated when "MPEG2" is selected.

In the settings, I have most of the stuff maxed out; 30fps, 3,000Kbps, etc.

My hardware is a new Corei5 machine, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Any suggestions for how to get smoother, higher quality video?

    thx

Default Re: Video Recording is Choppy/ Pixilated

I'm still playing around here -but I noticed that when I reduce the size of the window that I'm recording, that the resulting video is higher quality (smoother) even when I expand the playback to full window.

But I'm still interested in any tips/ tricks that others may have.

    thx
