Unable to shut down system with Media Catcher running

I have recently bought the player and it is of great use. However, I have noticed that for whatever reason my PC is not shutting down once I have had the player open.

When I go into the Task Manager window I can't kill the process.

Any reason why?

PS How do I use this with IE? Is it compatible?

What process are you trying to kill? What Operating System do you have? Have you tried reinstalling?
