    Unhappy Unable to request stream from the Slingbox

    i tried Demo version of At Large and everything seemed OK until I tried a "Test Set up" and I got the error message:

    "Unable to request stream from the Slingbox.Please make sure someone else isn't connected to the Slingbox"

    I know there is noone else connected because I am looking right at it and I am inside the home network that the Slingbox is connected to(maybe that's the problem). Finder ID and passwords are all correct.

    Any ideas

    Mkae sure that your SlingPlayer is closed. What Slingbox do you have?

    Sling box is closed. I'm using a Slingbox Pro.

    I, too, am anxious for the reply to this issue as I am experiencing the same problem.

    What, exactly, does "closed" mean? Logged in to the Slingbox account but not connected to any device?

    Does it matter what port has been setup? I had setup port 443 and figured that might be the conflict with At-Large but changing to port 5001 yielded the same problem.

    I get the same failure using either access mode - ID or Direct

    This could be caused by several things. At-Large is not compatible with the Pro-HD box. If you are trying to connect with this box you will get this error. If this is not the case, please open a support ticket. Thank you.
