Default Convert DVD to AVI problem

I am a registered user of Replay Converter 3.0. As far as I can see from the help files, this program is supposed to be able to convert DVD files to AVI. However, I cannot get it to work.

    1) I click "Add DVD"
    2) I select the folder which contains all the DVD files (VOB, BUP, IFO) and click "OK"
    3) According to the help files, RC is supposed to automatically select those files in the DVD folder that should be converted, and they are supposed to be listed in the "Files to convert" window.

However, for me, nothing at all happens. RC gives me an "hour glass" symbol briefly and I can hear my hard drive clicking away, but then RC goes back to it's main window and the "Files to convert" window remains entirely empty.

I have tried this with several DVDs which have been ripped to my hard-drive using DVD Decrypter. All copy protection has been removed. I have burned them to DVD successfully, but now I want to convert them to avi format.

Any help would be very gratefully received.
I run Windows XP Pro SP3

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the program. If you are not uninstall and reboot prior to installing.

Uninstalling 3.0 and reinstalling the latest version has fixed the problem. Thankyou.
