Retuning Problems in AV8

I am having a problems in Windows 7 Pro and with the latest version of AV8 (8.76).
I am recording an audio radio Staiton. In properties I have Recording set to "Capture by Recording Audio OUTPUT"
Type in General Streaming Audio and Audio recording Method is replayAV Audio Dirver. Acrchive is NOT checked.

I am using Firefox but it does the same thing in Internet Exploroer (latest Version 8.0.7600)
I will start the recording; it will tune and start recording. Then for no reason it will open up another tab (could be in 1 minute or 50 minutes from now (While still recording) and now I have two streams with the sound overlapping. What do I need to do to stop it from opening up another tab or retuning?

I am having the same problem running version 8.75 and 8.76 on Windows XP. An hour or so after tuning in to Sirius 100 another tuner opens up for some reason and the sounds overlaps.
