Default Replay Music and Ironport proxy?

I have added the address of our Ironport proxy device to the Proxy tab, restarted and the application still won't connect. The firewall is disabled on the local PC, user has local admin rights.

    Any other advice?
Alternatively if there are specific sites that the app uses let me know and I'll modify the Ironport to allow them.
    Thanks.

Make sure you are using our latest version of the program. I'm not familiar with your proxy but the latest version works great with most. Uninstall what you have and reboot first.

    We are using v3.9.3

I have added the ip address of our Proxy device and port 80, relaunched the app but it hangs when I press the Start Recording button. If I remove the laptop where the software is installed from our internal network and put it on another (non-proxied) network it works fine.
