downloads as .m3u instead of mp3

Tried to download an audio stream using Replay A/V. I've set the destination format as mp3 (different quality levels) but each time the file is converted to .m3u instead of .mp3. Why?

Please go into File-settings-other. Deselect the m3u box. Now, give it a try.

I unchecked the box. The stream is now downloading as a .swf file. The converter won't convert it to an mp3. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
