What is the difference between Video Capture and Media Catcher

As a new user, I would like to get everyone's opinion. Which of these two programs is better at recording streaming video from souces like CNN, or ABC news reports?

Which converts better or faster to mpeg, or WMA?

My opinion:

Stream downloading software (Replay Media Catcher) gives better quality. Also it allows you to download multiple streams as well as work on your PC simultaneously.

Screen capture software (Replay Video Capture) may work better with live streams. It is also the only way to record non-recordable video streams.

Replay Video Capture can record video into MPEG-2 or Windows Media format, so if you need MPEG-2 videos, you can record with it without converting.
