Hi.
I just purchased Replay Media Catcher and have attempted to download several media clips from the Cincinnati [Ohio] Enquirer. The results have been the system downloads a few kb and then stalls, only to fail as the clip plays in Firefox 2.
I have read through the FAQ and troubleshooting and have validated that I'm trying to capture a flash video clip. Everything is set up as it should be.
Here are is the link and details from the Properties Window once the capture starts. Maybe someone can help.

Capture Flash RTMP streams
072708_bengals_cincinnati_B595BBFA
Downloading RTMP stream:
RTMP App: rtmp://cp22449.edgefcs.net:80/ondemand/
Media Path: /cincinnati/sports/072708_bengals_cincinnati
Audio Received: 0 kb.
Video Received: 10 kb.
Sorry, could only download a partial RTMP stream
Media was saved anyway:
E:\Media Catcher\072708_bengals_cincinnati_B595BBFA.flv
Is this a failure of Replay Media Capture and if so, will it be fixed, or did I just drop $40 on nothing? I'm not particularly pleased with the results so far, especially since this was the first attempt.
Operating System: Windows XP Pro, fully updated.
Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.16
Media Capture does not see anything with IE 6.
