I phone ringtone converter

I just bought the Replay converter and used to create my own ringtone on my i phone, I followed everything the utube video told me to do and the rigntone was created on my i phone. The problem I'm having now is that when I play the ringtone on my i phone it plays but it skips and jumps and the sound doesn't play 100 percent. How do I fix this problem.

Before you imported the ringtone on your iPhone, does it play fine on your computer?
