Can't convert DVD

Hello I have Replay Converter Version 3.37 and when I try to convert DVD nothing happens. I click on Add DVD program say no DVD files found, I select locate manually go to the DVD drive select video_ts file then OK and nothing happens. get no error message no files show up in convert files window, program simply ignores command. Thanks for your help.

Please update to the latest converter. It should be able to get you up and running. Then if you have a problem contact tech support as a log file will be needed.
