Replay Media Catcher is slow to download videos

Hi,
I want to know if there is any setting to determine the bandwidth of the downloading in RMC, because my bandwidth is 3Mbps, but the rate of the download is just about 12 kbps
I haven't such problem with direct watching, that means there is no limit from server side.

Next, If there is any way to use program behind the proxy (e.g. in local networks)?

There isn't a setting to determine bandwidth. If you are concerned that they file are downloading to slow check the format. If the file is RTMP, you can check the Enable super download option. This will allow the video to download faster. This feature does not work well on videos that are longer than an hour. Videos in HTTP format will automatically download as fast as your connection and the site streaming will allow.
