Is there anyway to customize the conversion rates when converting to 3gp files. I spent a while last night trying to find this option. It seems the highest level to 3gp(15Fps) is not very good, even on a cell phone.
Please help, I am currently using another program, but would like to use applian stuff exclusivley.
