Default which audio/video url to choose after capture

Thank you for any help you can provide. I viewed the help video and it didn't help. TO record something that is currently playing I open the recording wizard, record something right now, capture a video clip right now. When the stream video box pops up, there are many URLs and I don't know which one to pick. The tutorial video doesn't explain how to know which one and I've tried it a few times and have nothing but wasted time. Could someone please help? Thank you

Sometimes experience is going to guide you. As an example if the URL includes the word "ad" then itis probably a commercial. The best thing to do is do a quick Record Now to see if it is the correct one.
