    Default NatGeo videos

    Hello!

I'm trying to get some NatGeo videos from its website and it's impossible to capture them.

    http://mundofox.com.br/br/videos/a-c...o/24616852001/

The only thing that "sometimes" is captured is the opening ad from Heineken, but not the tv show.

I could open the html code and check they use Brightcove solution for the videos as follows:

    http://c.brightcove.com/services/vie...kvcanal=natgeo

I even tried the dump plug-in to a raw video capture but nothing...

Well... any ideas on how to capture this video?

Btw... sometimes the RMC simply doesnt detect even the Heineken ad video...

    Thanks in advance.

Please use Replay Video Capture on this. It captures what it sees on the screen and not from the stream. Thanks.

    Thanks for the help!

But why we can't get the flv streaming? Why we can only get the add before the show?

And why other videos from brightcove people from forumcould get and particulary these ones I cant'?

    Thanks in advance.

We are not able to test your link as it is not available in the US. There are many different ways of capturing and different codecs out. We have Video Capture to record what Media Catcher is not able to due to this.
